When registering for an account or enrolling in any mini-course offered by EthiCode, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All content available on the EthiCode platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, downloadable resources, course modules, checklists, and frameworks—are the intellectual property of EthiCode, unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials strictly for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. Redistribution, reproduction, or modification of the materials for commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from EthiCode.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict or inhibit the use of this Service by any third party. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to: plagiarizing or misrepresenting course content, attempting unauthorized access to the platform, uploading or transmitting malicious software, or engaging in activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the website.
